Day 3 in Xingping

On our third and already last day in Xingping we wanted to feel like locals so we decided to rent some electric scooters.

But first we got to Yangshuo by a private drive (at that time we thought wr had to hurry up because rain would be coming soon). There we rented to E-bikes in the pattern of the British flag.

One E-bike was rode by Regi an Oli. They are represented with a really dynamic picture while driving.

The other one carried Felix and Julia. Not so dynamic in the picture but I promise they are the real kings of the road.

We rode through the beautiful carst mountains and along the river. Woe passed some small villages and even succeeded in chinese traffic.

We had lunch in a very small place just by the street but the food was really good and the people were friendly.

In Yangshuo we returned the E-bikes and went on the bus. I fell asleep and only woke up in Xingping again, where there was really really heavy rain. So the only memory of the sunny day is the sunburn on my legs…

Dinner we had at the Old Place Café, which belongs to the hostel that we are staying in. We had chinese food and it was really good, especially the chicken without bones… (I’m sorry that the description of the food is always the same, but I have hardly had anything that wasn’t tasty)
